Employers will receive administrative support including, but not limited to, one on one employee assistance, locating providers, guidance with claims, COBRA administration, access to human resource support, transitioning between group coverage and the individual market, and new hire onboarding/employee terminations. In addition, FBIA will continue to keep clients informed on Health Reform and any changes that may occur.
